Development of a study on the Chinese market and development of business relations:
The primary steps that JML-China initiates to satisfy the client’s needs:
- Step 1A: Market Definition: at the beginning of the project, the client will give their criteria of the analysis depending on their industry. JML China will develop a benchmark of the habits and main actors in China, then submit the report to the client. Once the report has been reviewed and confirmed by the client, JML-China will proceed to Step 1B.
- Step 1B: Mapping of main actors: JML- China will create a simplified mapping of the main actors in China, to include: importers, wholesalers, retailers or customers depending on the nature of the goods or services that the client wants to sell in China. The final mapping will include detailed information regarding: the geographical breakdown of the main actors, relevant industries and client's financial revenue data. Once JML-China submits the final report, the client will then determine which actor they are more interested in learning more about. JML-China will then design and provide a detailed analysis of the respective actor(s) organization and structure. (See step 2A)
- Step 2A: Individual meetings with actors: interviews with the main actors will be conducted in order to collect information about their networks, projects, ambitions, etc. An analysis of their strengths and weaknesses, their brand, reputation, financial situation and capabilities of their business development in China will be conducted. After interviews and analysis has concluded, JML-China will submit records to the client of each and every actor (please note that the frame must be approved by the client during the beginning discussions).
- Step 2B: Step-by-step presentation of results: JML-China will consider all questions and concerns from the client during the entire process. And per client’s request, JML- China may initiate further conversations with key actors when necessary.
- Step 3: Business Development: creation of direct contact with the client or Chinese intermediates and demand forecasting; delivery of the offers and implementation of different sales scenarios; monitoring and reporting will be provided by JML- China
